My name is Kira, and I am so glad you're here!

Choosing to hire a doula is one of the best decisions you can make when it comes to your birth. Having a doula by your side significantly reduces your chances of needing Pitocin, risk of c-section, premature delivery, and other complications.

I'm a DONA-trained doula and mom of 3. I found my love for the birth world while pregnant with my second child and have poured countless hours into research to further my knowledge. I learned through my own pregnancies just how little information we are given about the subject, despite it being something that a great many people experience. Because of this, one of my top goals is to ensure you have all of the information you need and want to prepare for your birth.

My heart belongs to this work, and it is such an incredible honor to be chosen to walk alongside families in their birth journeys. As your doula, my mission is simple: walking beside you with compassion, understanding, encouragement, and support as you prepare to welcome your sweet bundle(s). I strongly believe that every birthing person deserves to feel that they are well-informed, safe, and held emotionally, physically, and spiritually. I will work very hard to provide this for you and to give you the birth story you're dreaming of.
