2 - 90-minute prenatal appointments - One to get to know each other and answer your questions, and one to prepare for your labor & birth (going over comfort measures, positions, etc.) as well as postpartum expectations.
Labor & birth support - Continuous support through your labor, no matter how long it takes, at your birthplace of choice.
90-minute Postpartum appointment - within 6 weeks* of delivery to discuss your birth, postpartum healing, feeding, etc.
4 hours of postpartum care* can include meal drop-offs, light cleaning, or newborn care.
24/7 support by text/email
24/7 on-call support from 37 weeks for 6 weeks
